We recognize that major lifestyle changes do occur such as job transfers, changes in family status, etc., that require one to move. For current Riverstone residents on the move who wish to transfer to another Riverstone community, we offer you the Riverstone-to-Riverstone Program.

Moving is neither easy, nor fun, and is usually very stressful. As a current Riverstone resident in good standing, you can transfer to another Riverstone community without having to pay any application fees and will be responsible for meeting the qualifying criteria at the new community as well as any new deposits. Also, if your transfer occurs in the middle of your lease term, you will only be responsible to pay one-third of the lease termination fee*.
