Maura Bilafer - Division
President, East
Maura oversees a portfolio of more than 40,000 apartment homes in
more than 150 properties in the mid-Atlantic, Northeast, Midwest,
Southeast, and Florida regions for Riverstone Residential Group.
From garden-style to high-rise apartments, Maura's experience
includes construction, lease-ups, financially and physically
stressed assets, and mixed-use properties.
Maura has more than 20 years experience in the multifamily
industry, the past 11 years with Trammell Crow Residential Services
and Riverstone Residential Group. Maura previously worked in the
asset and property management divisions at NHP/Aimco and Boston
Financial Group.

Stephanie Brock - Division
President, Central
Stephanie oversees a diversified residential portfolio that
includes nearly 35,000 apartment homes and approximately 125
communities of high rise, mid-rise and garden-style apartments in
Colorado, Texas, Illinois, Missouri, and Louisiana.
Stephanie has more than 20 years of experience in the multifamily
industry and has been involved in the successful lease-up of more
than 50 new apartment communities. Stephanie has been with
Riverstone Residential Group since its inception. Previously, she
had worked with Trammell Crow Residential Services where she was
instrumental in reestablishing market presence in Houston, Denver
and Phoenix.

Mike Dow -
Division President, West
Mike brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to his
role as president of Riverstone Residential Group's West division.
As division president, Mike works closely with property owners and
operational teams to achieve strategic revenue goals and ensure an
exceptional experience for clients and residents.
Holding ultimate responsibility for achieving aggressive
operational objectives and delivering optimal occupancy and net
operating income, Mike's responsibilities extend to more than 400
properties comprising approximately 70,000 apartment homes across
the western region including California, Washington, Oregon,
Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, Utah, and New Mexico.
Since joining Riverstone Residential Group in Fall 2008, Mike has
built a world-class executive team and secured more than 8,500
units of new business throughout the division.
In his most recent role—as chief operating officer of FPI
Management—Mike was responsible for a 50,000-unit portfolio
covering California, Washington, Oregon and Nevada. He also
previously served as president of Group Interland Management
Corporation, a real estate investment and development company based
in San Francisco.

Loyal Proffitt - Executive
Vice President, South Central
Loyal oversees the day-to-day property management operations of
almost 16,000 units as well as business development for the South
Central region, which includes Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.
Prior to joining Riverstone Residential Group, Loyal was the
president of Henry S. Miller Realty Management, LLC, with the
direct responsibility of overseeing all commercial and residential
property management functions. Loyal started his career with
Trammell Crow Residential as a district manager, and after more
than seven years of service, he joined Equity Residential,
eventually serving as the regional vice president for the Southwest
region. In addition, Loyal was one of the founding partners of
WaterStone Residential, a regional apartment management
company.
Loyal has experience managing and consulting in numerous major
markets throughout the country including Florida, South Carolina,
Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas. He has been a member of the board of
directors for the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas as well
as the San Antonio Apartment Association.

Stephen F. Davis -
Executive Vice President, Oregon and Desert
Steve oversees operations in Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada and New
Mexico. His region consists of roughly 26,000 apartment homes and
160 communities. Prior to joining Riverstone Residential Group,
Steve was a Principal of HSC Real Estate, Inc. and has been in the
real estate industry since 1996.
Prior to his career in real estate, Steve spent seven years with
Princess Tours/Cruises. Steve graduated from the University of
Washington with a bachelors of science degree, and is licensed as a
broker in the state of Oregon, as well as Montana.

Tom
Daniels - Executive Vice President, Washington
Tom oversees a portfolio in Washington, Montana and Coeur D'Alene,
Idaho totaling more than 20,000 apartment homes across 115
communities. He has been in the multifamily industry for more than
15 years, starting as a property manager in 1992. Prior to joining
Riverstone Residential Group, Tom was responsible for portfolio
operations for both Holland Residential and Trammell Crow
Residential Services in Oregon.
A board member for the Washington Multifamily Housing Association,
Tom is also chairperson of its strategic planning committee. Tom
graduated from Washington State University with a degree in
business administration and holds his Washington State Broker's
License. Before working in real estate, Tom spent five years in the
U.S. Air Force.

Stephen Winsby - Executive
Vice President, California
Stephen oversees Riverstone Residential Group's extensive
California portfolio. With 25 years of experience in the
multifamily industry, his areas of expertise include market-rate
luxury and affordable lease-up activities, stabilized/institutional
asset management, redevelopment and reposition/construction
management, commercial and mixed-use assets, and acquisition and
development. A certified property manager, Stephen has administered
multi-state portfolios on the West Coast and held leadership
positions at Trammell Crow Residential, Simpson Housing, Holland
Residential, and Pinnacle Residential Properties.
Stephen sits on the board of
directors for several housing-related nonprofit groups, and
maintains active committee and leadership roles with IREM and
multiple industry-related associations and trade groups. He earned
his bachelor of arts degree from Sacramento State University, with
a major in marketing and minor in finance.

Susan Newman - Senior Vice
President, Southeast
Susan has been involved in the multifamily industry for more than
25 years. Her tenure with Riverstone Residential Group began in
1993 in a senior manager role. Currently, Susan's portfolio
consists of more than 14,000 apartments in North Carolina, South
Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee. To date, Susan has supervised the
successful lease up of 25+ properties in difficult markets. In
addition, throughout her career, she has been involved in
rehabilitation, student housing, distressed property management,
property acquisitions, and dispositions. Susan holds a North
Carolina Real Estate Brokers License and is the Riverstone
Residential Group Broker-In-Charge for the Triangle area.

Lydia Bishop - Senior Vice
President, Florida
Lydia joined Riverstone Residential Group through Trammell Crow
Residential Services in 1986 and worked on-site for eight years. In
1993, she worked as a project Manager and was responsible for
oversight of the company’s internal audit functions. Between
2000 and 2003, Lydia worked for ZOM and JMG Realty as a regional
manager and rejoined Riverstone in May of 2003 as a regional
manager. She was promoted to vice president in 2004. Her 20+ years
of experience includes conventional, affordable, mid-rise,
high-rise, and garden-style communities, both vintage and new.
Lydia graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida,
and holds a degree in business administration as well as a bachelor
of science degree in finance. She is CAPS licensed and a Florida
Real Estate Broker.

Jeff Kimes -
Senior Vice President, Midwest and Colorado
Jeff has 18 years of experience in multifamily portfolio management
for assets located throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. In
his current role, Jeff oversees 14,975 apartments in 66 communities
in Colorado, Illinois, and Missouri. His areas of expertise include
the development and operation of conventional and affordable
apartments, and oversight of construction lease-ups and rehab
lease-ups. Jeff previously held leadership roles at Security
Capital Group (Archstone), Omni Properties, Equity Residential, and
AIMCO before assuming his current role at Riverstone. He is a
graduate of West Point.
